La certificación HSK es una prueba estandarizada de competencia en mandarín de la República Popular China para hablantes no nativos. El examen es administrado y aplicado directamente por Hanban, agencia del Ministerio de Educación de la República Popular China.

Nuestros alumnos tuvieron que prepararse para cubrir una serie de rigurosos requisitos de conocimiento del idioma mandarín y tecnológicos para la aplicación y aprobación del examen. Villa Freinet Multicultural School siempre está a la vanguardia y calidad educativa enfocada al desarrollo que posicionará a nuestros estudiantes en niveles competitivos globalmente.

NASA invited people around the world to submit their names to ride aboard the agency’s next rover to the Red Planet. Villa Freinet Multicultural School students from 5th grade and their teachers Rosario Muraira and Biblioactiva teacher Lorena Rivera did just that on June 2019!

The names were stenciled by electron beam onto three fingernail-sized silicon chips. The chips were then attached to an aluminum plate on NASA’s Perseverance Mars rover at Kennedy Space Center in Florida on March 16, 2020. Scheduled to launch on the summer of 2020, Perseverance will land at Jezero Crater on Feb. 18, 2021, today!

The Perseverance rover is a robotic scientist weighing just under 1,043 kilograms. It will search for signs of past microbial life, characterize Mars’ climate and geology, collect samples for future return to Earth, and help pave the way for human exploration of the Red Planet.

El Año Nuevo Chino es la festividad tradicional más importante de China. La fecha es decidida por el calendario lunar y este 2021 inició el 12 de febrero con la llegada del año del Buey de Metal que se caracteriza por su orden, esfuerzo y disciplina.

En Villa Freinet Multicultural School creemos que el convivir siempre será un aprendizaje común que sólo se gestará con el entendimiento de todos. Esto se logrará asumiendo que cada cultura es valiosa y por ello debemos ser conscientes que aunque existen diferencias, hay más semejanzas.

Por ello hoy celebramos junto a ustedes importante tradición de China. Este año debido a la pandemia del covid-19 festejaremos a la distancia porque queremos seguir mostrando cuanto admiramos esta milenaria cultura en Villa Freinet.

Estudiantes de 1er Semestre de Bachillerato de Villa Freinet Multicultural School llevaron alimentos a los familiares de pacientes del Hospital General el 13 de noviembre del 2020. Esta noble labor les permite crecer como seres humanos con valores.

Villa Freinet Multicultural School is the second institution in Tamaulipas participating as host of the World Space Week in Mexico. Ms. Aguilar is a very active Space Science promoter through the Mexican Space Agency. Ms. Aguilar´s 1sr grade Elementary students participate each year showing their proposals for which they get a recognition diploma.

World Space Week is the largest annual space event in the world. The weeks helps build up the workforce of tomorrow by inspiring students; demonstrates visible public support for the space program; educates the public about space activities; and fosters international cooperation in space outreach and education.

2020 World Space Week is dedicated to satellites and their broad benefits under the theme “Satellites improve life.” With this theme, Villa Freinet students show the importance of satellites in daily life and how our lives are affected by satellites such as in communications, environmental monitoring, transportation, weather forecasting, telemedicine, science, and in many other ways.

Congratulations to our Elementary 1st grade Class! Their participation in the World Space Week 2020 has been outstanding!
